Consultancy and support

We at COKS can help you with our consultancy services and support with open source solutions. we provide on-line resources (web portal, wiki, forum, documents) to users and a call center. Access to all on-line information and basic support over phone are free of charge. More complex services are free of charge only for users in the public sector. For the private sector we charge our services, but please do not hesitate to contact us if you consider outsourcing knowledge needed for open source implementations and projects which may include open source technology. We invite all users to actively cooperate with COKS.

  • For more complex support and consulting we provide free of charge introductory meeting. After the current state and goal analysis we review the possibilities and make a plan of solution and tasks.
